How does the free trial work?
Choose the plan that fits your needs. Once you have signed up, your trial account will be activated for 30-days. After your 30-days have expired, your free trial will be converted to the paying plan under which you signed up. If you cancel a paying plan within 30-days of signing up you won’t be charged. If you do cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we do not prorate for partial months.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. As long as your content managers, users, videos and public views do not exceed the maximum for each plan.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
If you upgrade from a trial account to a paying account you are not eligible for the 30-day trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always switch plans later if you choose, which will be reflected in the next monthly billing cycle.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Not on Silver, Gold or Platinum plans. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Are there per-user fees?
Silver, Gold and Platinum plans include the users listed above.
Are there charges for Bandwidth and Storage?
No. Fordela believes in “Predictive Pricing” to ease the burden of estimating anticipated bandwidth and storage. As long as you managers, users, views and videos stay within the maximum allotted your monthly price does not change. If you exceed the maximum on your current plan your account will be automatically upgraded to the next appropriate plan.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online for Silver, Gold and Platinum plans so we will not be able to accept a Purchase Order, invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
