Expert in rich media and content management technology. Designed and implemented complex online system architectures for LucasArts Entertainment Company, Mazingo Networks and Tranz-Send Broadcasting. Extensive experience in online work flows and digital asset management. Responsible for overall architecture and engineering of Fordela’s products and services.
Scott Redmond - Strategy and Business Manager

Jim Dalrymple - CFO
A software industry generalist, Jim specializes in assisting software industry entrepreneurs with financing, strategy, governance and corporate development. His work history includes significant positions at WordStar, Electronics for Imaging, Real Computing and Pulse Entertainment. At Fordela his responsibilities include governance, compliance and corporate development.
Chynna Mai - Operations Manager
Chynna brings a wealth of business and fiscal management knowledge to Fordela Corporation. She with a has a history in financial management, coming to Fordela directly from Guinn Construction Company where she oversaw the accounting and finance section of several multi-million dollar construction projects. Additionally, Chynna acts as Fordela's Account Manager. Drawing on her client relations history with BlackPants Inc. and Jimenez Trucking, she is able to ensure that all Fordela customer's get the most out of their DAM solution.
Chris Kelsey - Creative Services Manager
An award winning graduate of the Academy of Art University, heads up our video production and graphic design department. Chris has spent the last seven years working in the field of online video distribution with experience in all aspects of video production from live event recording to the trans-coding and web integration.
Jason Kennedy - Systems Administrator
Responsible for designing and maintaining the global Fordela system network. Kennedy brings with him years of previous experience with Sprint Networks and Tranz-Send Broadcasting Company.
Clay Burton - Sales Representative
Clay has over 10 years of experience in video production and film industries. Beginning his career in feature film, documentary and music video production, he then moved into commercial advertising and online education-based marketing products. Currently Clay has found his true passion; developing Digital Asset Management solutions for companies struggling with the rapid growth of their digital assets. "It's a great feeling, to offer a cloud-based solution that meets or exceeds the client's need, immediately saves them money, and enables them to scale how they want too." Specialties: Digital asset management, software as a service, customer relationship management, product development, market research, brand development, project management, producing, shooting, and editing.
Joel Brass - Senior Programmer
Joel is a seasoned technology expert with years of experience working at startups. Before joining Fordela, he served as the CTO and system Architect of SaveFans!, an offer based ticketing system. Before that Joel held the position of Sr. Developer at Comedy.com. Responsible for leading site and product development, he oversaw the technology staff and executed site builds. He previously worked at 12D Networks where he developed custom websites and business software applications. Joel is experienced in web development, server management, audio and video encoding, digital asset management, and billing systems. He has a BA from UCLA.
Zack Small - Web Development
After attending California State University, Zack began work with web technologies at LucasArts Entertainment Company where he was first introduced to Jason Deadrich. He has held web developer and IT positions with several successful companies such as Tranz-Send Broadcasting, The Institute for Health Solutions and IT Systemworks. His open source and coding expertise spans HTML/CSS, PHP, ASP, Javascript, Flash, Word Press and Drupal.
Daniel Scherr - Software Engineer
Daniel is a current student at California State University, pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Focused on Software Engineering, he has already been accepted into the school's Masters Program. Daniel has 5 years experience working with web coding, scripting and designing as well as an entrepreneurial background. He has been diligently working with Fordela's programming team, helping to perfect existing VMS coding and assisting clients create sites on Drupal.
Michael Hanna - Mobile Application Development
Michael received his associates degree in Information Technology from Cabrillo College and worked in Linux systems administration before pursuing his career as a Development Engineer. Developing for such corporations as Hi5 Networks, MobiTV and MyNewPlace, Michael has he brings to Fordela extensive testing knowledge, iPhone app bug fixing experience as well as a vast working knowledge of many major code languages.
Sean Sweeny - Production Engineer
Sean received his Bachelors Degree in Digital Media Production from the New England Institute of Art and is currently pursuing his Masters of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production. Sean spent his internship working with cable giant PBS on their series "The American Experience". He has worked with Boston Red Sox minor league Single A affiliate Lowell Spinners, and was head of Production for Baystate Championship Wrestling. Sean brings a wealth of production knowledge to the Fordela team.

John Blockey - Chairman
After graduating from The University of Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, John obtained his Chartered Accounting qualifications. In his three years working in Europe he gained experience in international investment banking and venture capital investment. He has 30 years of real estate investment experience both in Australia and the US. This experience includes financial administration, corporate and property specific financing, asset management, property acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets and strategic planning. Over the past eight years John has been active in private investments in financial services, investment real estate and and technology.
Peter McLaughlin - Director
Peter graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master Degree majoring in Psychology. The past 30 years he has worked in International Aviation, working in Australia, The UK, Asia and Japan where he has gained extensive Sales and Marketing experience. During this time he has also been involved in mergers, strategic and tactical management, and a Public Share Offering. He is often consulted on the International Airline Industry and Travel Industry trends.
Jospeph Huggard - Director
The General Manager, International Operations of THE WEINBERG GROUP. He has executed a wide variety of projects in the chemical, pharmaceutical, agro-chemical, heathcare, environmental, food and their related industries. He has extensive experience in the creation of strategies for clients whose businesses are under threat due to science-related problems.
