The Screenshot tab allows Content Managers to change the default thumbnail of a video asset to any frame within the video. To change the Screenshot, click the Screenshot tab in the Edit Media panel to load the video asset into the Screenshot updater. Click the play button located in the middle of the video or seek to any frame of the video by clicking on the video timeline bar located underneath the video screen. When the specific frame has been located, pause the video by clicking the play button on the timeline bar or clicking the center of the video screen. To create the screenshot, click the Capture Frame button in the bottom left-hand corner of the Screen Updater. The video thumbnail will change to a Process Thumbnail while the screenshot is processing. Once complete the video thumbnail will update throughout the Fordela system, internal playlists or external embeds. Content Managers can also upload a Thumbnail File .jpg or .gif to replace the screenshot. To add a custom Thumbnail, click the Browse button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Screenshot Updater and navigate to your image .jpg or .gif. Click the Upload button to replace the Thumbnail with the custom image. Keep in mind that custom Thumbnails need to be formatted in .jpg or .gif and be no larger than 320x240 frame size and no larger than 100kb.
